Project Approvals


Pre-development Plan Review meeting (PPR) held on May 28, 2002.  Conditional Use Permit approved on July 17, 2002.  Appeal to Zoning Administrator approved September 2002.  Amendment to CUP approved by Hearing Officer in October 2002.  Concept Design Review approved on June 22, 2002.  Final Design Review held on December 9, 2002.  Design approval of project modifications on February 23, 2004.  Final art approval by Arts Commission on March 10, 2004.
