landscaping. Demolition of the remaining buildings on site.
Construction of four level residential building with 188 apartment units
including 12 affordable units. Parking two-level, 267 car parking structure (one level
podium and one partially subterranean parking level). Project is to be located
adjacent to the Sierra Madre Villa Gold Line Station.

2003. Concept Design approved on September 10, 2003.
50% Advisory Design Review approved on February 9, 2004.
