- Linda Vista Branch Collection
The Branch houses
approximately 29,000 volumes with the adult collection focusing on travel, gardening,
cooking, biographies and contemporary fiction. The children's collection strongly supports
the school curriculum, emphasizing California history, the United States and general
science.

The Linda Vista Branch
Library has had its own Friends group since the early 1960s. Now called
the Linda Vista Associates,
they have helped
support the library with donations of books, magazine subscriptions, and other gifts.
Linda Vista Branch Library is pleased to offer free wireless Internet access to patrons
with appropriately equipped wireless devices. A valid Pasadena Library
Card and
PIN are required to access the library's wireless Internet services.

In the 2005-2006 fiscal year, Linda Vista offered 140 programs for
children with attendance of 3,273. Of these, 69 were class visits with a total attendance
