U.S. Department of Justice - Enforces the program and facility provisions of the ADA that apply to state governments, local governments, and the private sector. U.S. Access Board - Researches facility access issues and develops the initial language for the ADA Accessibility Guidelines. Californians For Disability Rights - Advocates for the civil rights of people with disabilities Disabled People and Disaster Planning - (DP2) develops recommendations on planning for and coping with a major earthquake. Cultural Access Policy & Equity Standards - guidance from the City's Arts and Cultural Commission applicable arts and culture policies, design standards, communications technology, arts education, community engagement, cultural heritage, public art, collaborative partnerships, children and your programs, and general arts and culture programs. National Arts and Disability Center at UCLA - promotes inclusion of audiences and artists with disabilities into all facets of the arts community.
